At the Review Hearing, the licensing sub-committee will listen to all the parties that have made comments and decide what to do with the premises licence. This could mean removing the DPS, suspending the licence for up to 3 months, changing the hours and conditions of the licence or in the worst case, removing the licence entirely. During the hearing you’ll be expected to explain your points based on the licensing objectives about why your licence should not be changed or removed, you’ll be expected to demonstrate what you’ve done to stop problems happening at the venue and what measures that you’ve put in place.
